Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Riyal Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel an order, contact us at Riyaljewellers01@gmail.com or +91 95866 65899 with your order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the terms below.

Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.
• Customised, engraved or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
